Stratasys worked with Georgia's Kennesaw State University to 3D Print a statue of Zeus that was burned down during the 5th Century. Designers transferred a 3D rendering of the statue into a CAD file and printed it with a Stratasys Fortus 900mc. The recreated statue will be exhibited at Atlanta's Millennium Gate Museum to mark the opening of the 2016 Olympic Games.

Zeus's statue embodies a future where 3D Printers could help recreate lost artifacts and buildings.
