I have over 1650 miles on my series 500 and it has been a perfectly fine bike for the last three years. I’ve had minor tuning done, but less than with my old mountain bike. More range on the battery is the only thing I’d like, but it has worked well for me and the quality of the construction has been proven to be good. My normal local rides are between 12 and 26 miles, with some hill climbs. No complaints.
I have no idea why they discontinued such a good, practical bike.

Love my bike!! Iv hady bike for 2 years already and have taken it on many adventures. It’s my go to solo camping partner and wouldn’t change it for the world.

Bike Came well packaged , shipped promptly and the video was good in the assembly stage, However after 2 weeks of riding with about 60 miles on the bike Im hearing a rattling noise coming from rear hub on left side and cant figure it out. And when i try to access online support the page doesn’t load for me to inquire about the issue

I had tried an Ebike on vacation in October, and thought it was fantastic! I started looking at all the Ebikes and it seem that Ride1Up had the best deal for me. My husband has been riding it as well, and we will probably buy him one in the next year. I bought the 500 and it has been a great bike! The only issue I have had is it is a little tall for me and I just need to work with it and enjoy!
